Hey Janine, thanks for the feedback on the applicator - we'll share it with the team. One thing that may be helpful to know is that the applicator does have slight indentations on the applicator tube to keep it 'locked'. If you hold the top tube and give the bottom tube a twist before using it 'unlocks' it, making it much easier to hold and insert.
